Customized Postpartum and Infant Care Support Tailored To Meet Your Needs

Offering day, evening and overnight postpartum and infant support in Northeast Florida.

We want to make your transition from birth to postpartum as seamless as possible. We service the Northeast Florida area providing a full spectrum of care during birth, after and during your child’s infancy. As Certified Postpartum and Infant Care Doulas, we can provide guidance and support aligned with where you’re at in your parenting journey while honoring the emotional and physical aspects of pregnancy and birth. No two births are alike, and it is our goal to develop a flexible care plan that can evolve as your needs adjust. The options listed are reflective of the typical services included within each but may vary to accommodate different needs/situations:

DAY SUPPORT (3-HR MINIMUM):

  • General newborn care, expertise and consultation

  • Certified breastfeeding and/or pumping support

  • Newborn feeding support

  • Establishment and reinforcement of healthy sleep habits

  • Newborn childcare to allow for parent rest, time with older children/family etc.

  • Light housework (dishes, laundry etc.)

  • Meal preparation for mother, family and other caregivers etc

  • Nursery organization

  • Postpartum and newborn product recommendations and tutorials

  • Sibling and pet support

  • Assistance in day-to-day administrative needs (i.e. running errands, making phone-calls)

  • Accompaniment to doctor visits to provide care and help with advocacy (i.e. pediatrician, chiropractor, OBGYN)

  • Referrals to an extensive network of trusted postpartum and newborn care providers

  • Family emotional support and guidance as everyone navigates and acclimates to life with a newborn

  • Unlimited communication via phone and/or text

OVERNIGHT SUPPORT (8-HR MINIMUM):

  • Arrival an hour before “bedtime” to allow for consultation, parent wind-down and to discuss any needs

  • Newborn childcare while parents sleep

  • Certified breastfeeding and/or pumping support

  • Newborn feeding support

  • Establishment and reinforcement of healthy sleep habits

  • “Quiet” chores (laundry, bottle/pump part cleaning etc.)

  • Referrals to an extensive network of trusted postpartum and newborn care providers

  • Unlimited communication via phone and/or text

We understand the unpredictability around birth, postpartum and let’s face it parenthood, so we are happy to offer you and your family flexibility around scheduling. We’re here as little or as much as you need us – no long-term commitment is necessary. Our pricing is as follows:

Singleton
$45 an hour with a three (3) hour minimum for day and/or evening support.
$50 an hour with a eight (8) hour minimum for overnight support.

Multiples
$60 an hour with a three (3) hour minimum for day and/or evening support
$60 an hour with an eight (8) hour minimum for overnight support.
